[ New Features ] KCE — Evict or Cordon a Node

Kingsoft Cloud Container Engine (KCE) allows you to evict or cordon a node.

Released features

1. After you evict a node, all pods on the node, excluding pods managed by DaemonSets, are evicted to other nodes in the cluster and the node is cordoned.

2. After you cordon a node, new pods cannot be scheduled to this node. The existing pods on this node are not affected.
